Cambs Sport was founded in 2004 by sports development graduates looking to provide quality multi sports and multi skill coaching throughout school holidays for young people in the county. 

We have 10 years experience of managing sports camps and OFSTED registered playschemes for children aged 5-14 years. 

We have experience of working with local authorities, school sport partnerships, county sports associations, sports clubs, national governing bodies of sport and services such as the Youth Service.

Cambs Sport believe that children should have the opportunity to develop basic movement skills (known as FUNdamentals) and experience a variety of sports at an early age without specialising in one specific sport at a young age.

Our coaches………. 

• Introduce and improve basic/advanced playing skills.
• Improve understanding and application of the basic principles of play.
• Use small sided games to develop performance.
• Develop in players an understanding and knowledge of the rules of the hockey.
• Foster in players an attitude of fair play.
• Identify the needs of the individual / group and set appropriate goals.
